Joanne McEachen is an internationally recognized education leader who serves as the Global New Measures Director for New Pedagogies for Deep Learning (NPDL), co-founded and in partnership with Michael Fullan and Joanne Quinn. Joanne is also the CEO and Founder of The Learner First. Her work with The Learner First frames global lessons learned throughout her experience in education over the past 30 years and through the NPDL partnership in the context of the United States, revolutionizing measurement, assessment, teaching and learning through the lens of whole-system change.
Max Drummy has over 25 years’ experience as a teacher, school and system leader across Australia, in Southern China and the USA. Focusing strategically on school improvement, Max works with schools, individuals and networks to build the collective capacity of teachers, leaders and learners. Max has a strong background in Professional Learning design and Capacity Building, having worked for the Professional Learning Institute in Tasmania (pli.education.tas.gov.au), the Principals Australia Institute www.pai.edu.au, and Microsoft Education Australia.
